Training

I hold a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved certification through Julie Rader’s Mukti Yoga School. In addition to learning anatomy and therapy in this training, my yoga education includes a deep exploration of the yogic lifestyle and ancient texts. I’m always learning, taking ongoing trainings and practicing with a wide variety of teachers. I bring what I learn from these opportunities and the many, many (many, many) books I read to the mat with me.

Formal training:

  • 150-hour foundation Module through Mukti Yoga with Wendy Garafalo and Linda Baffa
  • 50-hour Living Yoga elective through Mukti Yoga with Julie Rader
  • 100-hour Graduate Module through Mukti Yoga with Julie Rader (2012)
  • 20-hour Raja Yoga training with Ananda LA
